- Definitions
“Event” means any event organized or promoted by OTB Exclusive Event Management.
“Ticket” means a ticket to attend an Event.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets must be presented at the entrance to the Event. OTB Exclusive Event Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not have a valid Ticket. - Photography and Recording
Purchase of a Ticket and attendance at an Event means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you as a member of the audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright. - Liability
OTB Exclusive Event Management is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other damages or losses arising from or in connection with your attendance at an Event. - Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTB Exclusive Event Management from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website or attendance at an Event. - Force Majeure
OTB Exclusive Event Management is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond OTB Exclusive Event Management’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental regulations. - Termination
These Terms may be terminated by OTB Exclusive Event Management at anymtime, for any reason, without notice to you. Upon termination, you mustmimmediately cease using the Website and all Tickets will be void. - Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OTB Exclusive Event Management with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lesotho. - Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lesotho. - Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. - Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and OTB Exclusive Event Management. - Notices
